Marie Foster
A leader in the Civil Rights Movement in the U.S. during the 1960s. She was a good help in registering many African Americans voters in Selma, Alabama. She also helped create a group of African Americans that pushed for improvements in the system of voting registration called the Dallas County Voters League.
